NewsEffective December 21, 2009, Naim Audio Limited will be transitioning its distribution in the United States from Audiophile Systems, Ltd. (ASL Group) to North American Import & Marketing Inc (NAIM Inc), based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
It is no secret that the challenging economic times have led to unprecedented changes in our industry. By opening a distribution facility in the U.S. staffed by experienced, Naim-trained personnel, Naim is ensuring its future success and stability, while maintaining continuity, improving service levels and streamlining operations. Three familiar people will head NAIM Inc: David Dever (National Sales Manager), Charlie Krone (Customer Service Manager), and Jenny Smith (Marketing / Operations Manager). NAIM Inc's new location is only a mile away from Audiophile Systems, such that there will be no noticeable change in shipping or transit times.
All new orders for Naim Audio and NaimNet equipment will be fulfilled by NAIM Inc. ASL Group and NAIM Inc will be working hard together during this transition to finalize all outstanding issues, including repairs remaining to be finished, continued support, etc. Any questions regarding outstanding service issues, or products in the repair queue should be directed to NAIM Inc. ASL Group will work closely with NAIM Inc to resolve any service questions as expeditiously as possible.
